Founded in 1993, the Peter Blake Gallery is the leading exhibitor of West Coast minimalism, with a focus on California Light and Space and hard-edge painting. Through carefully curated solo and group exhibitions, the gallery presents works by renowned artists such as Larry Bell, Mary Corse, Ron Cooper, Marcia Hafif, John McCracken, John McLaughlin, James Turrell, De Wain Valentine, and others.
The gallery is also dedicated to the presentation of important designs that cover historically significant movements of the 20th century, from Bauhaus to modernism. Through its curated exhibitions, the gallery merges the disciplines of art, architecture and design.
