The ARDEN + WHITE GALLERY presents “Through The Veils”, the first US exhibition of the German artist Franziska Reinbothe and the Australian artist Marisa Purcell.
The works of the two artists create a dialogue that invites viewers to explore the balance between stillness and movement. Marisa Purcell’s artworks are characterized by a meditative and precise minimalist aesthetic, offering moments of reflection and simplicity -a haven of calm in the midst of a hectic everyday life.
Franziska Reinbothe’s works, on the other hand, although they also follow minimalist principles, are characterized by dynamism and evolution. Her works address the impermanence and fluidity of existence, offering the viewer a rich, tactile experience.
Together, the works of Reinbothe and Purcell form a harmonious yet dynamic conversation that can be seen until August 10, 2024.
