Cadogan Gallery announces their collaboration with Dutch artist Nuria Maria with the upcoming exhibition in Milan. The show, which includes a collection of new works from the past year, offers a glimpse into Nuria’s impressionistic paintings that vary in color and composition.
Her works are expressions of love, home and landscape, imbued with the music of solitude and movement. The Finnish title “Tule tänne”, meaning “to come here”, reflects the inspiration from the landscapes and hills of the artist’s homeland as well as Wales, where she has spent the last six months. Nuria’s art has evolved from figurative representations to increasingly abstract themes, constantly trying to capture the atmosphere of specific moments or moods.
