Galleri Weinberger Schandorff in Copenhagen is a renowned gallery for contemporary, concrete and abstract art. Originally founded in 1987 as Galleri Weinberger in Copenhagen, it was an established institution in the Danish art scene for over 30 years. Over the years, a large part of the gallery’s attention was focused on abstract expressionism and concrete art.
In 2019, the gallery was reopened under its current name and continues its tradition with a clear focus on concrete and abstract artworks. In addition to paintings, the program also includes sculptures, primarily by Western artists. The represented artists include, among others, Michael Baastrup Chang, Katrin Bremermann, Birte Horn and Rasmus Refer.
