The Gallery at Home is a contemporary art gallery in the small Welsh town of Usk, UK. Just one year after its foundation, it was recognized by the Guardian as one of the best rural galleries in the country.
Under the direction of Sonia Pang, who founded the gallery in her own home 12 years ago, the Gallery at Home has continued to develop, offering an intimate exhibition experience characterized by personal conversations, lectures and workshops. Pang places a strong emphasis on integrating new and dynamic artists into the gallery, curating monthly exhibitions that showcase both emerging and established talents. Artists represented with an abstract, minimalist aesthetic include Alexandra Yan Wong, Sam Lock, Lara Voce and Dot Wade, among others.
The Gallery at Home’s ethos is to make art accessible to all, free from artifice and pretension.
