The minimalist Apartment Jota is a 135 m² apartment, near Plaza Francesc Macià in Barcelona, that has been redefined from the use of primary geometries and the interaction between volumes that delimit the spaces, articulate the paths and structure the void and the occupation.
The almost completely monochrome materiality of the house allows us to focus on the essentials that prevail above all the spatial experience, allowing light and shadow to draw and break the cohesion generated by this uniformity.
